  • After booking your consultation, you’ll receive a confirmation email with simple tips to help you make the most of our time together. Thes include guidance on when to feed your baby prior to the visit and what items to have available, such as your pump, bottles, or any supplies you’re currently using. There’s no need to overprepare—real-life conditions help to provide the most personalized and effective support.

Frequently Asked Questions

Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Late Policies

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations or changes made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a refund or may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not eligible for refunds. No-shows are treated as cancellations and are not eligible for refunds.

Late Policy
To keep our practice running smoothly and to respect the time of all clients—including those scheduled before and after your visit—we ask that you are ready at your scheduled appointment time.

If you are running late or are not ready at the start of your appointment, that time will be deducted from your visit. Appointments will not be extended beyond the originally scheduled end time.

For example, appointments are scheduled for 60 minutes. If your appointment is at 8:00 AM and you are not ready until 8:15 AM, your appointment will still end at 9:00 AM and will be shortened to 45 minutes.
